Segment I Registration

To register your student for Segment I:

1. Print the PDF (2 pages) - click this link to open.
2. Fill out the Registration/Contract Form
3. Include a copy of the student's Birth Certificate
4. Enclose payment of $300. We accept Cash, Check, Money Order or Major Credit Card. Checks should be made payable to: L&L Driving School
5. Payment plans available upon request. Call 269-496-9020 for Payment Plan information.
